The Best Practice Report gives an overview of applicable international law and standards, developments, and best practices in support of the automatic disclosure of information and knowledge relating to South Africa’s Just Energy Transition (JET), and systematic barriers identified in the implementation of South Africa’s Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000.
